摘要：
PURPOSE: An apparatus for continuously feeding a fixed quantity of viscous materials and a fixed quantity distribution system using the same are provided to automate a production line using viscous raw materials, such as makkoli, bread and snack, thereby reducing the production cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for continuously feeding a fixed quantity of viscous materials comprises a temporary reservoir(110), a metering reservoir(120), a load cell(130), a pulverizing device(140), and a controller(150). The temporary reservoir is provided with a viscous material from the top and has an open bottom. The metering reservoir is arranged directly under the temporary reservoir to receive the viscous material discharged from the temporary reservoir and has an open bottom. The load cell measures the weight of the metering reservoir. The pulverizing device is arranged directly under the metering reservoir to crush the viscous material discharged form the metering reservoir. The controller calculates the amount of the viscous material provided to the metering reservoir based on the weight of the metering reservoir detected by the load cell.
