PURPOSE: A shield tunneling device is provided to enable an operator to freely select the arrangement position of a vertical conveyor unit and a stretcher unit to lift cutting soil to the ground. CONSTITUTION: A shield tunneling device comprises an excavator unit(10), a screw conveyor unit(20), a chassis(30), a first conveyor belt unit(40), a second conveyor belt unit(50), a third conveyor belt unit(60), a stretcher unit(70), a direction converter unit(80), and a vertical conveyor unit(90). The excavator unit digs a tunnel. The screw conveyor unit transfers cutting soil generated by an excavator unit. The chassis connects to the excavator unit. The first conveyor belt unit is placed between the screw conveyor unit and the chassis. The first conveyor belt unit transfers cutting soil from the screw conveyor unit. The second conveyor belt unit is placed on the top of chassis. The second conveyor belt transfers the cutting soil from the first conveyor belt. A return pulley(61) of the third conveyor belt unit is mounted on the chassis. The third conveyor belt unit transfers cutting soil from the second conveyer. The stretcher unit is mounted on the third conveyer belt unit.
