PURPOSE: A base sheet for cross-stitch is provided to form an integrated-type line thread of difference of brightness or saturation on base sheet for cross-stitch, thereby easily processing a cross stitch work. CONSTITUTION: In a fabric for cross-stitch(1), a weaving piece(10) is formed. The weaving piece is formed by a plurality of strands in a horizontal line and vertical line of various count. One or more line threads(11) neighboring the brightness or saturation of intrinsic color. The weaving piece is formed by arrangement of a plurality of fabric strands. Because the weaving piece is located on vertical and horizontal line in the constant count of the fabric for cross-stitch, the line on the desired count is realized.
