PURPOSE: An apparatus for filling and packing gel source or liquid source is provided to fill and pack two different sources in a pouch with the single apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filling and packing gel source or liquid source comprises a body(10) with a liquid source feed part(12), a pouch film(20), a guide roller(13) guiding the pouch film, a side contact roller(31), a side adhesion roller(32), a width adhesion roller(33), a width cohesive roller(34), a width cutting roller(35), a filling nozzle(40) which is connected through a feed hose to the liquid source feed part and fills a source inside the pouch film with sides adhered by the side adhesion roller, and a gel source feed part(50) which is connected to the filling nozzle and supplies a gel source to the filling nozzle. The gel source feed part includes a gel source container(51), a temporary retaining pipe(52a), a push plate, a feed pump(52), and a feed pipe(53).
