摘要：
PURPOSE: A dryer in which a heat exchanger mounted is provided to improve energy efficiency while making agricultural products of good quality, and to dry agricultural products with a natural drying method in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A drying box(10) made with a transparent material is equipped on a partition(11). An inlet(12) and an outlet(13) are formed on the exterior of a side wall to transfer the air. A plate heat exchanger(20) is equipped on one side of the drying box, and is formed by laminating a plurality of plates. A circulation fan(30) is formed on the other side of the drying box partitioned through the partition. A solar cell supplies electricity to the circulation fan. The heat exchanger includes an upper heat exchanger plate(21), a middle heat exchanger plate(22) and a lower heat exchanger plate(23).
