본 발명은 비양성자성 용매 중에서 방향족 카르복실산과 암모니아를 반응시켜 방향족 카르복실산의 암모늄 염을 제조하는 방법을 개시한다. 상기 반응은 밀폐된 용기 내에서 실시되며, 용기의 기체 챔버 내의 암모니아의 분압이 0.1 내지 3 bar으로 유지되도록, 비양성자성 용매 중의 방향족 카르복실산의 용액 및 기상 암모니아가 지속적으로 용기 내로 도입되고, 암모늄 염의 현탁액이 비양성자성 용매 밖으로 분리된다. 이 방법에 의해 규정된 결정 크기 및 좁은 크기 분포를 갖는 암모늄 염을 제조할 수 있다.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing ammonium salts of aromatic carboxylic acids by reacting an aromatic carboxylic acid with ammonia in an aprotic solvent. The reaction is carried out in a sealed vessel, to maintain a 3 bar the partial pressure of ammonia of 0.1 to within the gas chamber of the vessel, an aromatic carboxylic acid solution and the gas phase ammonia of the acid in the aprotic solvent is continuously introduced into the vessel, ammonium salt suspension is separated out in an aprotic solvent. The crystal size and narrow size distribution defined by this method may be produced with the ammonium salt.
