A door locking prevention device for a vehicle in a side collision is provided to prevent a door lock from moving to a locking position by causing a sub-bracket to hit a key rod and a latch lever in the side collision. A door locking prevention device for a vehicle in a side collision comprises an upper beam(140), an upper beam bracket, and a sub-bracket(20). The upper beam functions as a door frame. The upper beam bracket wraps the upper beam, locating the upper beam inside. The sub-bracket is fixed to the upper beam bracket at one end, and extends to a key rod(114). The sub-bracket is pushed to the key rod and prevents the key rod from moving up, when the vehicle is in the broadside collision. The sub bracket fixes the key rod and a latch lever(112) in the side collision.
