A drain structure of a hollow bridge pier is provided to drain water created by temperature difference in a hollow pier by employing a permeable member, draining pipes, and filtering stones. A drain structure of a hollow bridge pier(2) comprises a permeable member(6), draining pipes(4), and filtering stones(7). The permeable member is installed at the bottom of a hollow space(3) of the bridge pier. The draining pipes pass through lateral walls of the bridge pier to drain water collected on the bottom of the permeable member. The water created by temperature difference inside the bridge pier is drained through the draining pipes and the filtering stones.
