본 발명은 하이드로포밍(hydroforming:액압성형)을 이용한 모노코크 타입(monocoque type) 차량의 프론트 사이드 멤버(front side member)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 냉연소재로 이루어진 금속파이프를 벤딩(bending), 프리포밍(preforming), 하이드로포밍(hydroforming)의 삼단계 공정으로 가공하여 모노코크 타입 차량의 프론트 사이드 멤버를 제조함으로써 부품의 중량을 감소시키고, 용접장(용접부위)을 최소화하여 부품의 강도 및 내구성을 향상시키며, 자재비를 절감하고 공수를 줄일 수 있는 하이드로포밍을 이용한 모노코크 타입 차량의 프론트 사이드 멤버의 제조방법을 제공한다.

本发明的液压成形：涉及生产（高压成形）时，车架型（无车架型），使用相同的，更具体地弯曲制成的冷轧材料的金属管在车辆的前侧构件（前侧构件）的方法（弯曲 ），预成形和液压成形以制造单体式车辆的前侧构件以减小部件的重量并且使焊接区域最小化 本发明提供一种使用液压成形来制造单体式车辆的前侧部件的方法，其提高了耐久性，降低了材料成本并且减少了气流。

The present invention hydro-forming (hydroforming: hydroforming) for using monocoque type (monocoque type) vehicle of the front side members (front side member) of the manufacturing method in of such, more particularly cold-rolled material into consisting of a metal pipe bending (bending ), pre-forming (preforming), by manufacturing by processing a three-step process of hydro-forming (hydroforming), the front-side members of the monocoque type of vehicle to reduce the weight of the parts, by minimizing the welding length (weld) strength of the part, and improve durability and reduce the material cost, and provide a method of manufacturing a front side member of a monocoque type vehicle using a hydro-forming to reduce the man-hours.
