본 발명은 고층건물 또는 고도 차가 있는 지역에 설치되어 냉난방수 또는 상수도 등을 공급토록 하는 배관의 연결부위 내에 직접 연결 설치하여 주어, 배관 내의 압력차 변동에 상관없이 유속과 유압을 일정하게 자동 조절하여 배관 내에 흐르는 유체 전체에 균등한 유속과 유압이 유지될 수 있도록 할 수 있고, 또한 설계와 제작 및 설치를 신속 용이하게 이룰 수 있도록 한 자력식 유량조절장치에 관한 것이다.
