PURPOSE: Provided is a spray type aqueous rubber asphalt waterproof material containing a strength-reinforcing agent, which improves strength, elongation, and physical properties of coating layers, and a construction method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The spray type waterproof material forms a waterproof layer by spraying aqueous rubber asphalt and a curing agent through separated nozzles(1)(2), wherein the curing agent contains at least 1-40%pts.wt. of the strength-reinforcing agent. The strength-reinforcing agent is an aqueous resin emulsion or an aqueous styrene butadiene synthetic rubber(SBR latex) emulsion containing at least 60-90%pts.wt. of styrene. And the construction method contains the steps of: arranging a base; forming the waterproof layer by spraying; and forming a protecting layer.
