PURPOSE: A method for decorating a picture frame with a transfer paper is provided to prevent a change of color or decolorization of a pattern on a printed pattern layer and peeling of the pattern by adopting a protective layer. CONSTITUTION: The method for decorating a picture frame with a transfer paper is comprised of steps of; manufacturing a transfer paper; printing a desired pattern to a plastic picture frame(50) by passing the transfer paper through a printing roller(53); forming a concave-convex portion on the surface of the picture frame by using a mold roller; and scrubbing or stimulating the surface of the picture frame with a piece of cloth wet with water or methyl alcohol or a brush.
