PURPOSE: An apparatus for carbonizing and incinerating waste matters is provided to carbonize various waste matters, and to completely incinerate them in an incineration chamber, such that various smokes and gases are deodorized and purified to be innoxious to a human body and also air pollution is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for carbonizing and incinerating waste matters comprises an agitation chamber(11), an inlet port for putting in waste matters, an outlet port(11a) for recovering a carbonized waste matters, a first combustion chamber(14), a first incineration chamber(10) comprised of a first burner(16) for carbonizing the waste matters, a second incineration chamber(21), a second burner(25) for incinerating a gas introduced into the second incineration chamber(21), and a second incineration chamber(20) comprised of a catalytic filter(27) for purifying and deodorizing gases discharged to the outside. The second burner(25) is mounted on one side of a suction chamber(28) mounted on one side of the second incineration chamber(21) so as to be extended therefrom narrowly than the second incineration chamber(21), in which the flammable gas generated in the agitation chamber(11) is introduced. The upper portion on one side of the agitation chamber(11) is provided with a feed pipe(18a) fluidly connected to the suction chamber(28), which feeds the flammable gas generated in the agitation chamber(11) to the suction chamber(28). The interior of the suction chamber(28) is provided with a first air inflow pipe(26a) for supplying the outer air and a suction fan(26b) for sucking the flammable gas in the agitation chamber(11) into the suction chamber(28). A portion fluidly connecting the suction chamber(28) and the second incineration chamber(21) is mounted with a second air inflow pipe(23a) for supplying the outer air. An entrance port fluidly connecting the second incineration chamber(21) and the suction chamber(28) is mounted with a heat plate(24a) for emitting heat by receiving electric power supply to be extended toward the interior of the second incineration chamber(21).
