본 발명은 트리클로로에틸렌과 HF와의 반응 생성물 및 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2-클로로에탄과 HF와의 반응 생성물을 개별적으로 또는 이들의 혼합물로서 제1증류 칼럼에 도입시키고, 제1증류 칼럼의 상부 증류액으로서 HCl를 회수하고 잔류물은 제2증류 칼럼으로 도입시킴을 특징으로 하여, 트리클로로에틸렌과 HF로부터 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention provides an ethylene and HF with the reaction product and 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-chloroethane and HF reaction product individually or in a mixture thereof with a trichlorosilane were introduced into a first distillation column, a first distillation recovering HCl as a top distillate of the column, and the residue is directed to a method for producing 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoro-ethane in the ethylene from the HF and trichlorethylene, characterized by the Sikkim introduced into the second distillation column .
