움직임검출수단(37)은 비디오카메라의 화상신호를 소정시간 이전의 화상신호와 비교하여 피사체의 움직임을 검출한다.
금지수단(50), (61)은 검출된 피사체의 움직임이 소정 임계값을 넘었을 때 상기 사진카메라의 셔터릴리스를 금지한다.
