By being mounted on the swing arm 32 of the inlet duct 18 of which a plurality of infrared hot spot detector rotating regenerative air pre-heater 10, the detectors, as the pivot arm detects the hot spot portion to scan the rotor. Temperature detector is closely controlled by the water-cooled heat sink 52, the thermoelectric cooler 74, the detection board 82 and controls the thermoelectric cooler (74).
