The system 10 and method of providing all-weather precision-guided for a conventional air-to-ground weapon (20). The system 10 and method uses a non-coherent passive (receive only) radar 14 disposed on a coherent monopulse radar 12 and the arms (13) disposed on the launch pad (11). Synthesis sick tours radar 12 generates a composite sick tours radar monopulse map of the area around the target 15. Radar 12 is used to transmit the sum and simultaneous azimuth and elevation difference pattern indicating the position of the target 15, and an alternating centered on the target (15). The weapon 13 comprises a guidance system, and the target tracking device (14) responsive to the derived commands transmitted by the synthetic sick tours radar (12). Induction systems and target tracking device 14 is optimum trajectory to and receiving the sum and combined azimuth and elevation difference patterns reflective of the alternating from the target 15, the arms 13 are a target 15 by using the sum pyeolseu to fly to and to trace and acquire the azimuth and elevation difference pattern pressed. A method of inducing arms 13 to the target includes the following steps. Using synthetic sick tours radar 12 generates a SAR monopulse map of a target and display this target (15). Then arms 13 are fired towards the target (15). Radar 12 is used to transmit an interleaved sum and simultaneous azimuth and elevation difference patterns derived pulse train to a target (15). The interleaved sum and simultaneous azimuth and elevation difference patterns reflected from the target 15 is received by the target seeker and guidance system (14) in the arms (13, 25).
