본 발명에 의한 백금온도센서는 뛰어난 열감도를 나타낸다. 본 발명의 센서는 한쪽 단부에 지지부를 갖는 절연기판을 포함한다. 발멸부가 상기 기판의 다른쪽 단부에 백금막 회로로 형성되어 있다. 낮은 열전도성을 가진 재료로 만들어진 피복물이 절연기판의 지지부 상에 형성되어져서 지지부로부터 열의 분산을 억제한다. 제1열-절연 틈은 백금막 회로와 발열부의 단부 사이에 형성되어 있으며, 제2열-절연 틈은 백금막 회로와 피복물 사이에 형성되어 있다.

Platinum temperature sensor according to the present invention exhibits an excellent warmth FIG. A sensor according to the present invention includes an insulating substrate having a supporting portion at one end. Balmyeol portion is formed of a platinum film circuit to the other end of the substrate. The coating made of a material having a low thermal conductivity so is formed on the support portion of the insulating substrate suppresses the dispersion of heat from the support. A first heat-insulating gap is formed between the platinum film and the heat generating circuit portion end, a second heat-insulating gap is formed between the platinum film and the coating circuits.
