A composite sheet 1 which is characterized by comprising a nanofiber layer 10 that is mainly composed of nanofibers 12 and a particulate material part 20 that is mainly composed of a particulate material 22, and which is also characterized in that only some of the particulate material 22 that constitutes the particulate material part 20 is in contact with the nanofibers 12. In addition, a method for producing a composite sheet, said method being used for the purpose of producing the above-described composite sheet. Since the composite sheet 1 according to the present invention is provided with the nanofiber layer 10 that is mainly composed of the nanofibers 12, falling off of the particulate material 22 to the outside of the composite sheet 1 is able to be suppressed regardless of the particle size of the particulate material 22 even in the cases where the amount of the particulate material 22 is increased.
