The acoustic structure, acoustic panel, and louver have a plurality of flow resistant bodies disposed side-by-side. Two adjacent flow resistant bodies from the plurality of flow resistant bodies face each other in the thickness direction of each. The plurality of flow resistant bodies includes two or more specific flow resistant bodies with a flow resistance of 150 Pa·s/m to 2050 Pa·s/m. The thickness of the specific flow resistant body is less than 11 mm. A gap is provided between adjacent specific flow resistant bodies. The average thickness of each section of the gap is 0.6 mm to less than 40 mm.
