Surface coating (3) is formed on the main body film (2). Surface coating (3) contains iron and iron oxides. Surface coating (3) has a lower porosity than the porosity of the region having the same thickness as the adjacent and the surface layer film (3) on the surface layer film (3) of the body film (2).
