多色CARS顕微鏡において励起光、ストークス光の光軸を正確に一致させ、安定的にスペクトル信号を取得することが困難であった。そこで、光導波路に導入した励起光の残留成分と、光導波路中で発生したストークス光を用いて試料からCARS光を発生させる光学分析装置とする。
