一般式(1)、(2)または(3)で表される固相担持ルテニウム錯体を提供する。また、当該固相担持ルテニウム錯体及び水素供与体の存在下で、有機化合物を還元して、還元生成物を製造する方法、当該固相担持ルテニウム錯体及び水素供与体の存在下、カルボニル化合物のカルボニル基を還元することを特徴とする光学活性アルコールの製造方法、及び、当該固相担持ルテニウム錯体及び水素供与体の存在下、イミン化合物のイミノ基を還元することを特徴とする光学活性アミンの製造方法も提供する。

Further, the presence of a solid phase supported ruthenium complexes and hydrogen donor, by reduction of an organic compound, a method for producing a reduced product, the presence of the solid phase supported ruthenium complexes and hydrogen donor, the carbonyl of the carbonyl compound the method of producing optically active alcohol which comprises reducing a group, and, the presence of a solid phase supported ruthenium complexes and hydrogen donor, producing optically active amine which comprises reducing an imino group of the imine compound the method is also provided.
