ハロゲンフリーで緑色の色相を有し、有機溶剤および酸に対する耐性に優れ、かつ高彩度なフタロシアニン化合物を提供する。特定一般式で表される、N,N’−二置換イミダゾロン構造またはピペラジンジオン構造を導入した無金属フタロシアニン化合物または金属フタロシアニン化合物、並びに当該化合物と合成樹脂とを含有してなる着色組成物。本発明のフタロシアニン化合物は、鮮明な緑色を呈しハロゲンフリーであるので、緑色顔料として塗料、プラスチック、印刷インキ、ゴム、レザー、捺染、カラーフィルター、ジェットインキ、熱転写インキなどの着色材として有用である。
