摘要：
本発明にかかる高分子シートは、高分子のナノ配向結晶体を主体とする高分子シートであって、下記の(I)、(II)および(III)の条件を満たす。(I)結晶化度が70%以上である。(II)引張破壊強さが100MPa以上で、かつ引張弾性率が3GPa以上である。(III)平均厚みが0.15mm以上である。本発明によれば、機械的強度、耐熱性、ヘーズ(透明性)等の特性が優れた高分子シート、特にポリプロピレンをはじめとする汎用プラスチックにおいて機械的強度、耐熱性、ヘーズ(透明性)等の特性が優れた高分子シートを提供することができる。

Polymer sheet according to the present invention is a polymer sheet composed mainly of nano oriented crystal polymer, the following (I), satisfies the condition of (II) and (III). (I) a crystallinity of 70% or more. (II) tensile breaking strength of at least 100 MPa, and a tensile modulus of elasticity is 3GPa or more. (III) an average thickness is 0.15mm or more. According to the present invention, mechanical strength, heat resistance, haze (transparency) and the like polymer sheet characteristics excellent in mechanical strength in general-purpose plastics, especially including polypropylene, heat resistance, haze (transparency) and the like it is possible to provide a superior polymer sheet characteristics.
