本発明のライドガイドの製造方法によれば、型枠7を覆う整形部材9が備えられている。離型工程において、整形部材9をz方向の型枠7から離反する方向に持ち上げると、ライトガイド4もそれに伴って型枠7の開口7aから持ち上がり、そこから引き抜かれる。これにより、従来のように型枠7の底部に押し込み栓62を設けて、それをz方向に押し込むことでライトガイド4を取り出す必要がなくなり、ひいては、ライトガイド4に研削工程を経過させる必要がなくなる。
