摘要：
急性腎障害の早期発症予測、腎機能に関する予後推定、及び急性腎障害の鑑別に有用な新規バイオマーカーを提供することを課題とする。また、当該新規バイオマーカーの用途を提供することを課題とする。ミッドカインをバイオマーカーとして用いる。尿中ミッドカインの検出結果に基づき、急性腎障害の発症可能性の判定、腎機能に関する予後推定、又は急性腎障害の鑑別を行う。

Early onset prediction of acute kidney injury, estimation of prognosis associated with a renal function, and it is an object to provide a novel biomarker useful for differentiation of acute kidney injury. Another object is to provide a use of the novel biomarker. Use the midkine as a biomarker. Based on the detection result of midkine urine, determination of possibility of onset of acute kidney injury, estimation of prognosis associated with a renal function, or the differentiation of acute kidney injury performed.
