摘要：
本発明の目的は、薬剤や遺伝子の肺内送達制御性に優れ、経肺投与に適したリポソームを提供することである。末端疎水化ポリビニルアルコール及び/又はキトサンを用いてリポソームの表面を修飾することによって、リポソーム内に封入された薬剤や遺伝子の肺組織表面での滞留性や肺組織内への移行性を適切に調節でき、その生体内挙動を制御することが可能になる。
