本発明の目的は、ヌクレオチド(核酸)、ペプチド(タンパク質)、糖鎖に代表される生体分子を効率良く化学合成する方法を提供することである。本発明によれば、複数種の単糖ユニットを含む少なくとも1以上の糖鎖合成反応系において複数種の糖鎖を合成する糖鎖固相合成方法において、該糖鎖合成反応系の温度を、反応系中の副反応を低下させることを指標として決定した昇温率に従って変化させることを特徴とする、糖鎖固相合成方法が提供される。
