本発明は、N−(3,4−ジメトキシシンナモイル)アントラニル酸(一般名:トラニラスト)またはその薬理学的に許容される塩またはそれらの薬理学的に許容される溶媒和物を有効成分として含有する事を特徴とする、筋肉疲労若しくは筋肉損傷およびそれらに起因する疾患、特に、運動負荷に起因する筋肉疲労若しくは筋肉損傷およびそれらに起因する疾患の抑制および回復促進および外科的傷害若しくは外科的処置に起因または付随して起こる、損傷部の修復過程における筋線維化の予防治療用組成物およびその使用方法を提供するものである。

The present invention, N-(3,4-dimethoxy cinnamoyl) anthranilic acid (generic name: Tranilast) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a pharmacologically acceptable solvate thereof as an active ingredient characterized in that it contains, diseases muscle fatigue or muscle injury and due to, in particular, inhibiting and promoting the recovery and surgical injury or surgical diseases caused by muscle fatigue or muscle damage and their resulting from exercise occurs due or concomitantly treatment, there is provided preventing therapeutic composition of muscle fibrosis in the repair process of the injured part and methods of use thereof.
