PURPOSE:To enable to readily match the dimensions of units of a motor to the needs of a machine which mounts the motor by providing cut and erected parts at a steel plate base and elastically supporting a housing for the motor by the elasticity of the erected parts. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cut and erected parts 3 are formed laterally symmetrically on the bottom of a steel plate base 1 which is formed by pressing and molding resin. Extruded parts 4 are respectively formed at the ends of the parts 3. On the other hand, grooves are formed at the positions corresponding to the parts 3 of the base 1 at the steel plate housing of a motor. The extruded parts 4 of the parts 3 are press-fitted or engaged fixedly, thereby securing the housing to the base 1.
