PURPOSE:To eliminate a member connecting piston rods and obtain a light weight device by a method wherein a single rod type double-acting cylinder and a single acting cylinder are synchroneously operated with one manual hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:Since the area in which the sectional area S2 of a piston rod 53 is subtracted from the inner diameter area S1 of a double-acting clinder 50 is equal to the inner diameter area S3 of a single acting cylinder 50a, the raising speed of the piston rod 53a of the single acting cylinder 50a pushed up by an operating hydraulic oil discharged from the double acting cylinder 50. Therefore, the lifting blocks 3, 3 connected to both cylinders 50, 50a are raised simultaneously in the same speed is equal to that of the piston rod 53 of the double- acting cylinder 50. Hydrualic oil of the same volume as that of discharged hydraulic oil is suctioned into the upper chamber 57 of the piston from the single acting cylinder 50a, resulting in that both piston rods 53 and 53a are descended simultaneously under the same speed.
