PURPOSE: To improve temperature control accuracy of a laser diode pumping solid laser wherein, with a solid laser module fixed to a mounting member, multiple temperature control elements are provided between the mounting member and a base plate for temperature control. CONSTITUTION: The parts of a mounting member 19 that face respective temperature control surfaces 22b and 23b of multiple Peltier elements (temperature control element) 22 and 23 are slopes 19a and 19b which form specified angle θagainst the temperature control surfaces 22b and 23b, and, through a heat conduction block 24 containing two wedge surfaces 24a and 24b which form the angle θ equal to specified angle, the Peltier element temperature control surface 22b and the slope 19a are connected together, and similarly, through a heat conduction block 25 containing two wedge surfaces 25a and 25b, the Peltier element temperature control surface 23b and the slope 19b are connected together.
