摘要：
PURPOSE: To manufacture a carbon material having a polyphase structure suitable for the electrode material of a nonaqueous solvent secondary battery, efficiently without breaking the covering phase of the surface. CONSTITUTION: A carbon material with the d002 less than 0.345nm is covered by organic compound mainly of condensing polyciclic compound. After that, a carbon material obtained by heat processing at 100 deg.C to 1800 deg.C is baked at 700 deg.C to 1800 deg.C while giving a rotating movement under an inactive gas ambiance.
