PURPOSE:To provide a safe decomposable thermoplastic resin composition having softness, stretchability and sufficient stability under normal using condition and usable in food material, medical goods, etc. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic polymer composition is composed mainly of a polylactic acid or a copolymer of lactic acid and other hydroxycarboxylic acid and contains a cyclic oligomer of lactic acid as a plasticizer.
