PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce turbulence noise by using so-called corrugated blades and arranging plates which serve as pressure faces and have curvature near the blade rear edge. CONSTITUTION:A blade 3 is formed in a corrugate shape with irregularities in the span direction. A plate 4 with curvature serves as a pressure face and is fitted from one portion of the protruded portion on the pressure face side to the rear edge section. A fluid on the pressure face side can be blown out from the pressure face to the blade rear edge section which is a negative pressure face through corrugated passages. The growth of turbulences from the free turbulence shear flow at the blade near edge serving as the main sound source of turbulence noise is reduced, thereby turbulence noise can be remarkably reduced.
