PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a conductive film in which a fine pattern of a high permeability low resistance conductive film can be formed easily while improving insulation significantly, and to provide a touch panel in which durability against writing pressure and flexibility are improved, and an integrated solar cell in which conversion efficiency is improved.SOLUTION: A conductive film consists of a substrate, and a conductive layer formed on the substrate and containing at least conductive fibers. The conductive layer is patterned and the pattern edge roughness is 5 μm or less. Such an aspect as the conductive layer contains dispersant and the mass ratio (A/B) of the total content A of the dispersant and the content B of conductive fibers is 0.1 to 5.0, or an aspect as the conductive fibers have an average short-axis length of 100 nm or less and an average long-axis length of 5 μm or more is preferable.
