PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new film-like artificial material excellent in the regeneration of nerves and tendons, and to provide a biodegradable artificial material used for accelerating the regeneration of tissue especially when nerves or tendons are sutured in a surgery and after the tissue around the nerves or the tendons is damaged. SOLUTION: The film for the tissue regeneration of the nerves or the tendons is the film comprising a biodegradable polymer material, has a hole or a groove where liquid can flow along a film surface only on one surface and does not let the liquid pass through.
