PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body, which is excellent in mechanical strength thereof even when packing a liquid and/or powder being the material to be packed through the opening of a bag-shaped container formed by using a film having a heat seal layer and heat seal is performed while the material to be packed is held in at least a part of the opening thereof, and to provide a method for producing the packaging body. SOLUTION: The heat seal layer comprises a resin composition containing: a propylene-based resin (A) having ≥120°C melting point (Tm) when measured by a differential scanning calorimeter; and a propylene-1-butene copolymer (BB) having 60-100°C melting point (Tm) when measured by the differential scanning calorimeter. The packaging body is obtained, by packing a liquid and/or powder being the material to be packed through the opening of the bag-shaped container formed by using the film having the heat seal layer to perform the heat seal of the opening thereof.
