PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet preparation to be applied to the human body, which gives little remains of a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the skin, which exhibits sufficient tackiness to the skin, an ability to follow the unevenness or motion of the skin, and excellent extensibility, and which can impart a feeling of moistness to the skin through application. SOLUTION: A sheet preparation to be applied to the human body, which has a hydrous gel layer containing a crosslinked structure of an anionic polymer and a gel layer which is laminated on at least one surface of the hydrous gel layer and partially transferred to the skin in peeling after application, is provided, wherein the gel layer is a gel layer formed by coating the hydrated gel layer on a film containing a hydrous polymer to dissolve the film.
