PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent upper and lower mat members made of elastic thin wires of a floor mat from being easily displaced in the face direction and to retain the comfortableness for sleeping or sitting on the floor mat by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The floor mat includes lower and upper mat members 7 and 8 superimposed on each other. The lower mat member 7 has resin elastic thin wires 13 three-dimensionally bent in a zigzag shape and entangled with each other. The upper mat member 8 includes upper and lower net bodies 17 and 18 formed of strap materials 16 in a honeycomb shape when viewed from the top, and a number of elastic thin wires 19 extending in the vertical direction to connect the upper and lower net bodies 17 and 18 with each other. A flexible antislip body 11 for restraining opposite faces 9 and 10 of the mat members 7 and 8 from sliding in the face direction with the friction force is disposed between the mat members 7 and 8.
