PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining high-purity wine lactone abundantly containing natural wine lactone industrially and in a high yield by a simple method that does not need a dangerous reagent requiring a severe caution in handling, a heavy metal reagent having environmental loading and an extremely low-temperature condition.
