PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein intuitively shifting to an operation by an occupant is not always easy since switches of the same shape are arranged in conventional switches, and the switches are operated after the occupant confirms displays on surfaces of the switches. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning device is provided with: an air-conditioning setting member for detecting that a desired portion is selected by an operation of the occupant and setting an air-conditioning state in the vicinity of the selected and desired portion by the occupant; and an air-conditioning adjusting device for performing an adjustment to have an air-conditioning state set by the air-conditioning setting member. The air-conditioning setting member has: a head part selecting part for simulating and forming a head part of a person and detecting that a head part of the occupant is selected by the occupant; and a foot part selecting part for simulating and forming a foot part of a person and detecting that the foot part of the occupant is selected.
