A lamp (100) according to the present invention comprises: a light-emitting tube (200); a lighting circuit (300) that causes the light-emitting tube (200) to be light up; and a frame (400) that accommodates part of the light-emitting tube (200) and the lighting circuit (300). In the light-emitting tube (200), at least one end section of a bulb (201) thereof is inserted into the frame (400), inside the frame (400) a partition (500) is provided between the lighting circuit (300) and both end sections of the bulb (201), and a space is formed between the partition (500) and the lighting circuit (300).
