PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM signal receiving apparatus whose circuit scale is reduced smaller than that of the prior art while improving reception characteristics dependent upon diversity reception. SOLUTION: One of two reception systems provided in an OFDM signal receiving apparatus 1 includes an FFT circuit 522 whose circuit scale is a half of an FFT circuit 512 included in the other reception system and by performing a diversity process on data demodulated in each of the reception systems, reception characteristics are improved for a part of effective carriers of an OFDM signal.
