摘要：
Preparing a composition of gamma-delta-T lymphocytes (A) comprises: (1) at least one culture stage of a biological preparation containing at least 50 million mononucleated cells, in the presence of a synthetic activator (I) of (A), at the start of culture; and (2) subsequent culture in presence of a cytokine (II). An Independent claim is also included for in vitro or ex vivo culture of blood cells containing more than 10 to the power of 8 (A) where at least 80% of cells are (A).
