摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent print ink from being wiped out of a synthetic film, by sticking the synthetic resin sheets to each other on the front face and the rear face of a synthetic resin tube in a simple process. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin tube 22 formed cylindrical and folded flat and wound up, is let out and an adhesive is applied on a printing face made of a transparent synthetic resin film 23 printed on one side face in advance and then the middle of the film 23 is cut off and stuck on the surface of the synthetic resin tube 22 letting out one printing face of the synthetic resin film 23 cut off and the other printing face of the film 23 is turned reversely and stuck to the rear face of the tube 22 letting out the other face of the film 23 of which position is adjusted and cut off against the printing face of the film 23 stuck on the tube surface.
