To provide a cooling device capable of suppressing an increase in temperature of a terminal portion of a battery module.SOLUTION: A cooling device according to an embodiment includes a cable and a cooling unit. The cable includes: a core wire including a core material through which a current is passed; a cooling passage extending along the core wire; an electrically insulating sheath covering the core wire and an outer periphery of the cooling passage; and a connector provided at one end of the sheath and capable of being electrically connected to a terminal portion of a battery module. The cooling unit is in contact with the cooling passage of the cable, and the core material can be cooled by heat transfer between the cooling passage and the core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
