To provide a technique to smoothly return from a sleep state with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a function unit that executes a preset function; a power supply unit that supplies power to the function unit; a voltage measuring unit that measures the voltage of the power supplied to the function unit; and a control unit that controls the function unit, power supply unit, and voltage measuring unit. The function unit is configured to complete preset stop processing before the voltage of the supplied power drops to a preset working stop voltage. The voltage measuring unit measures the voltage multiple times. The control unit calculates the rate of voltage drop based on the voltages measured multiple times, calculates the standby time until the voltage of the supplied power drops to the working stop voltage by using the calculated rate of drop, and restricts resumption of power supply to the function unit performed by the power supply unit until the standby time elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
