To provide a medical diagnosis support device capable of preliminarily providing disease candidates of a patient being a subject and grasping a state of the patient before examination.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis support device 100 includes an acquisition part 111 for acquiring a plurality of images being images of an object person and including at least a dynamic image, an extraction part 112 for extracting information on features different from each other from each of the plurality of images acquired by the acquisition part 111, an estimation part 113 for estimating disease candidates of the object person and the likelihood or the degree of seriousness of the diseases from the information on the features different from each other extracted by the extraction part 112, and a control part 114 for causing an output part to output the disease candidates of the object person and the likelihood or the degree of seriousness of the diseases estimated by the estimation part 113.
